What we collect

When you request early access we collect the details you submit — name, email, phone number, company, city and team size — along with basic technical data such as your approximate country.

How we use it

We use this information only to contact you about PitchSun, set up your account and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We keep it for as long as you are interested in PitchSun, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@pitchsun.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
